Body

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amends the definition of Health/Sports Club, Fitness Center or Studio to include yoga and martial arts in the definition.  It also amends the School, Arts, Technical, or Trade definition to remove martial arts.  Finally, this ordinance makes Health/Sports Club, Fitness Center or Studio a permitted use in all districts where it is currently allowed as a conditional use.
