Amending Section 15.02(43) of the Madison General Ordinances by changing the polling location for Ward 43 from the Madison Central Police District to the Madison Municipal Building and amending Section 15.02(52) by changing the polling location for Ward 52 from the Madison Central Police District to the Madison Municipal Building.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance changes the polling location for Ward 43 and Ward 52 from the Madison Central Police District to the Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Subsection (43) entitled “Ward 43” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
“Polling place at Madison Central Police District Community Room, 211 South Carroll Street Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard.”
2. Subsection (52) entitled “Ward 52” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
“Polling place at Madison Central Police District Community Room, 211 South Carroll Street Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard.”
