DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance prohibits personal storage units in the Traditional Employment (TE) and Suburban Employment (SE) Districts.  Furthermore, it requires that personal storage units, where allowed, be contained within buildings that have a minimum of two stories.
