WATER UTILITY BOARD

MICHAEL R. DAILEY (1st A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Member. Mr. Dailey is recently retired from the City of Madison, having served 33 years in the City’s Engineering Division. He is delegate with the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Public Works Association. Mr. Dailey succeeds Madeline B. Gotkowitz.
