Title
Authorizing the execution of a Release of Public Sanitary Sewer Easement located on the property at 6210 Mineral Point Road. (19th A.D.)
Body
WHEREAS, Douglas A. Earl and Janet L. Hunerdosse (the “Owners”) are the owners of the property located at 6210 Mineral Point Road (the “Property”) and have requested the release of a public sanitary sewer easement located on said property and recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds as Document No. 1068144 on March 11, 1963 (the “Easement”); and
WHEREAS, said release will allow the construction of a trash enclosure on said property as required by Zoning; and
WHEREAS, City Engineering staff has reviewed and recommends the release of said Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release of Public Sanitary Sewer Easement for the land described as follows:
Legal Description of Easement Area to be Released
Part of Lot 2, Block 1, Faircrest, Island - Lane Addition recorded in Volume 25 of Plats, page 42 as Document No. 1047932, Dane County Register of Deeds, all located in part of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 24, T7N, R8E, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, said Easement area described as follows:
The West 60.71 feet of the North 15 feet of said Lot 2, Block 1, Faircrest, Island - Lane Addition.
The above-described Easement being released is depicted on attached Exhibit A.
