Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes plan documents for the planned improvements within the 2018 Bikeways program. The estimated cost of the bikeway improvements is $900,000; Engineering Pedestrian and Bicycle has budgeted $781,000 of GO Borrowing in 2018 in addition to carry forward appropriation from 2017 to sufficiently fund the proposed improvements. Funding for this program is provided by GO Borrowing.

Title
Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Bikeways 2018. (15th, 16th & 19th ADs)
Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Bikeways 2018, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
