The proposed resolution authorizes the creation of a Parking Community Outreach Specialist position and deletes a Parking Technical Aide position in the Parking Utility. The new position will be filled through an internal competitive process. The annualized net cost of the classification change is $4,300 (including benefits). The impact on the 2018 budget is approximately $1,675. Costs associated with the reclassification will be absorbed within the agency’s 2018 budget.
