Title

Accepting storm sewer and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract High Crossing Fifth Addition - Phase 5, Private Contract No. 7778.  (17th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, the IA City View, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  High Crossing Fifth Addition - Phase 5.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said storm sewer and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $111,492.65.

 

 

4. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

                     Crossroads Drive from City View Drive to north property line of Lot 3 (CSM 14540)

                     City View Drive from 85’ south of Crossroads Drive to 250’ north of Crossroads Drive.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11630 $185,030.92for a useful life of 40 years.
