Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans for the the Water Utility's 2018 CIPP Rehabilition (Cured In Place Piping) at a total estimated cost of $500,000. Funding is provided by revenue bonds and is budgeted within the Water Utility's 2018 capital budget wtihin the Water Mains Replace Rehab and Improve Pipe Lining program; a total of $1 million is budgeted in this program for 2018.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for CIPP Rehabilitation of Water Mains - 2018, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
