Creating Section 28.022 - 00325, Section 28.022 - 00326  and Section 28.022 - 00327 of  the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of properties located at 1251-1651 Meadow Road, 1st Aldermanic District, from Temp A (Temporary Agriculture) District to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential  - Consistent 1) District,  PR (Parks and Recreation) District, and CN (Conservancy) District.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance rezones properties located at 1251-1651 Meadow Road from Temp A (Temporary Agriculture) District to SR-C1 (Suburban Residential  - Consistent 1) District,  PR (Parks and Recreation) District, and CN (Conservancy) District to create two lots for future residential development, two outlots for stormwater management, and one outlot for public parkland.**********************************************************************************

 

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

1.                     Map Amendment 00325 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00325.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the Temp A (Temporary Agriculture) District and added to the SR-C1 (Suburban Residential - Consistent 1) District.

 

Part of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 32, Town 7 North, Range 8 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the East 1/4 Corner of said Section 32; thence N 02°02’00” E, along the east line of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of said Section 32, 1326.08 feet, to the northeast corner of the said Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) and the point of beginning; thence S 02°02’00” W, along the said east line of the Northeast Quarter (1/4), 237.79 feet; thence S 41°43’34” W, 568.51 feet; thence S 49°05’05” W, 256.41 feet; thence S 89°59’59” W, 81.22 feet; thence N 24°39’58” W, 695.12 feet; thence N 06°08’58” W, 193.28 feet, to the north line of the said Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (1/4); thence N 89°38’46” E, along said north line, 972.62 feet, to the point of beginning.
