Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the Water main replacement coinciding with the Phase 6 of the Cannonball Path near Arbor Hills. The Water Utility has $411,000 of available budget authority from an adopted 2015 capital project for the proposed work in the Arbor Hills Water Supply project (MUNIS #10435). The estimated cost of the project is $410,000. Funding is provided by Water Utility Revenue Bonds.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for  Cannonball Water Main - Phase 6, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
