Madison Mallards is requesting the installation of a new fiber optic telecommunication connection to their operations office at Warner Park from the existing service line along Sherman Ave. Madison Mallards worked with Parks staff in revising the proposed alignment to minimize disturbance to the football field area. Parks staff recommends approval of the proposed fiber line installation.
Madison Mallards is requesting approval to add additional asphalt paving at the Warner Park baseball stadium. The proposed areas are currently crushed stone, which has become an on-going maintenance issue as the surface is displaced by visitor traffic. Parks staff recommends approval of the additional paving with the condition Madison Mallards continues to work with staff in determining the final paving extents at the park entrance; additional landscaping may be required.
