Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution reclassifies Metro's Transit Accountant position #3737 from CG44-RG10 to CG44-RG12.  The total annualized increase in cost for salary and benefits associated with the reclassification is $7,156.  Metro Transit plans to absorb this increase within the adopted 2018 operating budget with savings provided by vacant positions and turnover throughout their authorized position roster in 2018.

Daniels in the permanent salary detail of the Metro Transit budget, is repealed and recreated as one 1.0 FTE position of Transit Accountant 4, in Compensation Group 44, Range 12, and the incumbent is reallocated to the new position, thereof.
