Big Top Events and the Madison Parks Commission requests approval for a 7th concert in 2018 at Breese Stevens Field. The MPF has rights to two annual uses of Breese & one of those would be used to host a 7th concert at Breese. The Use Agreement authorizes 6 concerts with additional concerts possible by approval of the Parks Commission. Fifty cents from every ticket sold for each of the 7 concerts potentially hosted in 2018 will be donated to the Madison Parks Foundation.
