Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution awards the contract for the Wingra Park Shoreline project. The total project cost is estimated to be $278,720 which will be funded by the Stormwater Utility and Parks Department. The adopted capital budget for the Stormwater Utility will provide $189,020 of GO Borrowing which is planned within the Stormwater Quality System Improvements program (MUNIS 11562). The Parks Division’s adopted 2018 Capital Budget will provide $89,700 of Impact Fee funding for this project via the Beach and Shoreline Improvement program (MUNIS 17199).

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
