The Streets Division is considering starting a social media account in 2018. Need to carefully weigh the pros and cons on such an endeavor prior to undertaking it since it can be so time consuming, yet considering how much time residents spend on these platforms, it makes sense to be sure messages regarding recycling and refuse - and other Streets Division services - are shared there as well. Looking for some feedback prior to undertaking this potential project about what users would expect from this information outlet.
