DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance changes the September - May polling location for Ward 54 from Ogg Hall to Smith Hall, 35 North Park Street.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (54) entitled “Ward 54” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
“Polling place at Ogg Hall, 835 West Dayton Street Smith Hall, 35 North Park Street, except for all elections held between June 1 and August 31 of any year, the polling place will be at the Doyle Administration Building, 545 West Dayton Street."
