Fiscal Note
The proposed amendment to the Madison General Ordinance increases the building plan review fee by $0.01 per square foot and creates an early start permit review fee at a cost of $0.01 per square foot. The increases for these zoning fees is reflective of the 2018 adopted operating budget; additional annual revenue resulting from these fee changes are anticipated to result in $103,000 of general fund revenue.
