Amending Section 15.02(84) of the Madison General Ordinances by changing the polling location for Ward 84.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance changes the polling location for Ward 84 from the Hill Farms State Office Building to Covenant Presbyterian Church for the February 2018 Spring Primary only. Ward 84 will vote at Hill Farms State Office Building for all elections after the Spring Primary. By then this building will have moved to a new address: 4822 Madison Yards Way.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Subsection (84) entitled “Ward 84” of Section 15.02 entitled “Wards and Ward Boundaries” of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by amending therein the following:
“Polling place at Hill Farms State Office Building, 4802 Sheboygan Avenue Covenant Presbyterian Church, 326 S. Segoe Road, for the February 2018 Spring Primary, and at Hill Farms State Office Building, 4822 Madison Yards Way, for all elections thereafter."
