Fiscal Note
The proposed resolutions authorizes the addendum to the existing professinoal services contract for flood mitigation at the Hawks Landing Golf Course. The additional cost will not exceed $1,450. Funding is provided by Stormwater Utility GO borrowing as adopted in the 2017 capital budget within the Citywide Flood Mitigation program.

Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Contract for Professional Services (no. 7833) with MSA Professional Surveys for survey and design services to mitigate flooding issues at the Hawks Landing Golf Course and surrounding neighborhood.
Body
WHEREAS, The City of Madison has previously entered into a contract for Professional Services with MSA Professional Services for survey and design services to mitigate flooding issues at the Hawks Landing Golf Course and in its surrounding neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, Brown and Caldwell is qualified to do topographic survey as described and outlined in Attachment A (Survey Scope and Boundaries):
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk area authorized to execute Addendum #1 to the existing Hawks Landing West Flood Study agreement with MSA Professional Services to provide additional surveying services, as further detailed in the scope of services attached to this resolution.
