Fiscal Note

The 2017 adopted capital budget includes $1,290,000 for Park Land Improvements (Munis #17421) funded by GO Borrowing ($993,000), Impact Fees ($282,000), and private contributions ($15,000). The proposed resolution authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for 2018 Parks Division Fencing and Backstops, estimated at $153,700. Funding is available within the 2017 Park Land Improvements  project.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for 2018 Parks Division Fencing and Backstops, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
