Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution amends the 2017 Adopted Capital Budget authorizing transferring $57,000 of existing TIF #32 proceeds from the East Johnson Undergrounding Utilities project (MUNIS 10241) to the West Mifflin Street Undergrounding project. The West Mifflin Undergrounding project is a new project that was not part of the 2017 Adopted Capital Budget.

Body

The TIF Review Board approved the use of  TIF #32 funds for the undergrounding of overhead utility lines in the 400 block of W. Mifflin Street.  The resolution was approved on April 19, 2016, File ID 42335.   The Engineering Major Streets Capital Budget,   Johnson, E-Undergrounding Utilities budget item has excess funds and funds are available for transfer.
