Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution creates the classification of “IT Administrative Services Manager” in compensation group 18, range 10. A currently vacant 0.5 FTE position of “IT Specialist 3” will be reclassified as a 1.0 FTE “IT Administrative Services Manager.” The “IT Specialist 3” position is currently located in the same comp group 18, range 10. The proposed resolution adds 0.5 authorized FTE to IT’s 2017 Adopted Operating Budget, resulting in an annualized cost of $46,548, including benefits. This increase will be absorbed within IT’s existing 2017 Operating Budget and 2018 Operating Budget, when adopted.
