CDA Res. 4233 - Authorizing the signing of a contract for Karabis Apartments Parking Lot Repave - 2017

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Community Development Authority has determined that the existing surface of Karabis Apartments parking lot is no longer serviceable; and
WHEREAS, the project to replace this surface was advertised in accordance with the procurement policy of the Community Development Authority; and
WHEREAS, R.P. Cattell has submitted the lowest responsible bid of $99,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director is hereby authorized to sign an agreement with R.P. Cattell for WHEDA Project “KARABIS APARTMENTS PARKING LOT REPAVE - 2017” in the amount of Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($99,500.00).
Be it further resolved that the Executive Director is authorized to sign change order(s) to this contract and any related budget documents as required by HUD.
