Accepting sanitary sewer constructed by Private Contract 306 W. Main Street PUD, Private Contract No. 2326.

Body

WHEREAS, the 306 W Main LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  306 W. Main Street PUD.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer and be and is hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
