Fiscal Note

The additional compensation for the modified employment agreement to include Public Works Team Leader is $15,000 annually. Salary savings will provide for the impact of approximately $7,000 in 2017. Future annual operating budgets will be sufficiently planned to include the modified annual salary and benefit cost.

Body

WHEREAS, Mayor Soglin has assigned Robert F. Phillips to perform the duties of Public Works Team Leader; and

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Addendum to Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Phillips.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Addendum to Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Phillips.
