Discussion and recommendation that City Staff do the following: 1, move forward with finalizing the Public Market site plan based on the general layout illustrated in the current version; 2, continue refining the Public Market architectural plan based on the current conceptual massing model and floor plan, and 3, continue discussions with the property owner with a goal of having a preliminary letter of intent to share with the Public Market Development Committee by August 3 and a draft development agreement by November 2.
