I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION COMMITTEE
KATE TOEWS (11th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Child Care Service Consumer. Ms. Toews currently holds a Member position and has served since 6-21-2016. She succeeds LeAndrea Vernon.
TERM EXPIRES: 9-30-2019
SENAY GOITOM (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Member. Mr. Goitom is a data analyst at DNV GL. He has a background in economics and public policy, taught middle school for two years and served on the Salvation Army-Neighborhood Relations Committee. Mr. Goitom succeeds Kate Toews who assumed the Child Care Service Consumer position.

MADISON PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD
EVE GALANTER (5th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. First appointed 7-1-2014.
TERM EXPIRES: 6-30-2020
LANDLORD AND TENANT ISSUES COMMITTEE
SOONG KIT WONG (4th A.D.) - appoint to a one-year term to the position of Alternate Member. Mr. Wong currently holds the Madison Area University/College Student position but has since graduated. He succeeds Thomas A. Gierok.
