Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the building improvements at the Park’s Department’s Summit Maintenance Facility located at Freeport Road on the City’s southwest side.  Engineering-Facilities Management has budgeted for the project in 2017 via the Park Facility Improvements capital program (MUNIS 10564). The program is authorized $700,000 of GO borrowing in 2017, which encompasses this planned project.  The total estimated cost of the project is $250,000.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Summit Maintenance Facility - Building Improvements, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
