Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the Corporate Drive Greenway Repair project on the City’s east side. The Stormwater Utility has budgeted $317,500 of borrowing and $32,500 of Stormwater reserve funds for the Greenway Improvements capital program in 2017 (MUNIS 10312) which encompasses the planned project. The estimated cost of the project is $345,600.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Corporate Drive Greenway Repair, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
