Review the committee’s progress, it’s ability to meet the council resolution’s objectives and to complete the report within the stated timeline.
This subject shall also include a discussion on the adequacy of the committee's process; whether the committee is meeting its mandated objectives; ways that the committee members can act more effectively as a group, and; additional feedback concerning the committee's process and its progress.
