Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution reclassifies position #1115 from a Surveyor 2 in CG18-RG08 to a Public Works Development Manager 2 in CG18-RG12.  The annualized cost of this reclassification is $12,836 including salaries and benefits.  The impact of the reclassification for the remainder of 2017 is estimated to cost $8,886. The additional cost is anticipated to be absorbed within the Engineering divisions existing operating budget; while the continuing annualized cost of the classification will be planned in the 2018 operating budget.
