Fiscal Note

In the adopted 2017 capital budget the Water Utility has budgeted $4.325 million for the renovations of the Water Utility Operations Center located at Paterson Street on the City’s near east side (MUNIS 10442). The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the Water Utility Vehicle Storage Building at a an estimate cost of $375,000.  Funding for the project is provided by revenue bonds.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Storm Water Management Improvements for Madison Water Utility Vehicle Storage Building, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
