Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes $388,400 for miscellaneous improvements at the Overture Center Garage. The Overture Center Garage Elevator project (Munis #10403) has $284,720 of available expenditure authority funded by Parking Utility reserves. A resolution (Legistar 46332) increasing the authority by $115,000 funded by reserves was adopted by the Board of Estimates on March 13, 2017 and will go before the Council on March 21, 2017. If Legistar file 46632 is adopted by Council, funding will be available in the project for this contract.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
