RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Cooperative Agreement 2017 Renewal with the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission for the investigation of water resources within the City of Madison through the Dane County Cooperative Water Resource Monitoring Program. Said agreement renewal covers the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller be authorized to make payment to the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission in accordance with the Cooperative Agreement. Said payment to be made from Account No. 84125-54645-00000.
