DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:  Rezone property located at 3808-3832 Eliot Lane from SR-C1 District to SR-C2 District to rezone platted single-family lots as part of proposed replat.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00274 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the SR-C2 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 2) District:

 

“Lots 8-14, Tennyson Ridge, a subdivision in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 1.49 acres of land.”
