I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments.
COMMITTEE ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
GRETCHEN R. LOWE (12th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen. Ms. Lowe is retired from the Dane County Probate Court after 20 years of service. She is a former member and union steward of AFSCME Local 720 and currently serves on the executive board of AFSCME Retirees. Ms. Lowe succeeds Jack S. Bernfeld.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
WAYNE HARRIS (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term and to a full three-year term to the position of Citizen. Mr. Harris is the president of 6AM Marketing, Inc. Prior to that, he served as the president of Forward Wisconsin, Inc. Mr. Harris serves on several boards including the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce. He succeeds Meghan Blake-Horst.
