DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones property located at 4904 Tradewinds Parkway from IL (Industrial - Limited) District to SE (Suburban Employment) District to construct an office building with a college/university tenant.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

Map Amendment 00269 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00269.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to SE (Suburban Employment) District:

 

Lot 10, Genesis, a subdivision in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 2.26 acres of land.”
