Fiscal Note
The 2015 adopted Capital Budget included $200,000 for Elevator Maintenance and the 2017 adopted Capital Budget included an additional $95,000. The total estimated project cost is $295,000 and is funded by Parking Utility Reserves (Munis project 10403). The proposed resolution authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the Overture Center Garage Elevator Modernization which will be funded by this project.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Overture Center Garage Elevator Modernization, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
