Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 Capital Budget the Parks Division has budgeted $1,676,000 for improvements to Madison’s Community, Neighborhood, and Mini Parks under the Parks Park Land Improvements program (MUNIS 17421). This program has sufficient funding for the proposed work in this resolution. Funding is provided by GO borrowing and impact fees.
The proposed resolution approves awarding bids for the Goodman Park Ice Rink Storm Sewer Improvements project at an estimated cost of $35,990.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
