WHEREAS, UW Board of Regents, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalks, streets and terraces by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Charter Street Heating Plant and Rail Relocation - Mills & Charter CSM's.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That said street and terrace improvements adjacent to Charter Street Heating Plant and Rail Relocation - Mills & Charter CSM's are hereby accepted.
