DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones property located at 6802 Ronald Reagan Avenue from SE (Suburban Employment) District to IL (Industrial - Limited) District to rezone undeveloped lots in the Center for Industry & Commerce subdivision west of Manufacturers Drive.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

Map Amendment 00265 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-002265.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to IL (Industrial - Limited) District:

 

Lots 62-80, The Center for Industry & Commerce, a subdivision in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 23.4 acres of land.”
