Title
Repealing and amending portions of Section 28.151 of the Madison General Ordinances to remove a duplicate section in the supplemental regulations related to the reuse of former schools, municipal buildings, or places of worship.
Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: On August 4, 2015, the Common Council adopted new regulations pertaining to the reuse of schools, municipal buildings, or places of worship (Legistar File 39124). In adopting these new regulations, staff inadvertently left in place additional and redundant supplemental regulations that pre-dated the new regulations. Thus, this amendment cleans up that error.
