Creating Section 28.022 -- 00264 of the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of property located at 2101 Fisher Street, 14th Aldermanic District, from CN (Conservancy) District and TR-C4 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 4) District to PR (Parks and Recreation) District to correct a mapping error.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
"Map Amendment 00264 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the PR (Parks and Recreation) District:
All of Blocks 8 and 9, Bram’s Second Addition; and the South 1/2 of vacated Dane Street lying North of Block 8; and all of vacated Baird Street (Second Avenue) located between said blocks; and all of vacated Third Avenue located East of Block 8; and North 1/2 of vacated Buick Street lying South of said blocks; together with Lot 11, Block 7 of Bram’s Addition and the North 1/2 of vacated Dane Street lying South of said lot. Herein described parcel contains 7.06 acres, more or less.”
