Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Title

Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Hawks Creek, Private Contract No. 2105 (1st AD).

Body

WHEREAS, Badger Mill Creek, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Hawks Creek.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Flagstone Drive from the west plat line to the easterly line of Lot 20.

                     Ethan Circle from Flagstone Drive to the north end.

                     Jeffy Trail from the northerly line of Lot 15 to the southerly lot line of Lot 1.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2105 by $50,690.14 for a useful life of 40 years.
