Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 capital budget Engineering-Other Projects budgeted $138,000 for the Right of Way Landscaping & Trees capital program (MUNIS 11082). The minor project for Traffic Calming Medians (MUNIS 11488) is established with sufficient budget authority for the proposed work in this resolution. The capital program is also budgeted in the 2017 Executive Capital budget in the amount of $122,425 as expenditures are anticipated to be realized in the 2017 fiscal year.
The proposed resolution approves plan documents at an estimated cost of $40,000.

Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Traffic Calming Medians Landscaping 2017.
Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Traffic Calming Medians Landscaping 2017, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
