Title

Accepting storm sewer and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract at High Crossing Fifth Addition-Phase III, Private Contract No. 1945.

Body

WHEREAS, High Crossing Limited Partnership has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, at: High Crossing Fifth Addition-Phase III.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said storm sewer and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service". 

 

 

Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A”                     $28,996.00.

 

 

3. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

                     Crossroads Drive from 497 feet N of City View Drive to 891 feet N of City View Drive

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1945  $93,864.90 for a useful life of 40 years.
