Private Contract, No City Funds Required.

Title

Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract at 3901 Hanson Road, Private Contract No. 2116.

Body

WHEREAS, McAllen Properties Madison, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of improvements (including bituminous surface pavement)  by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, at: 3901 Hanson Road.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Monument Land 222’ west of end of cul-de-sac to end of cul-de-sac

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2116  $24,482.30 for a useful life of 40 years.
