Conditions of approval:
1. Applicant shall place art within designated no-mow areas, as approved by Parks Division Staff.
2. Applicant shall be responsible for maintenance, repairs and removal of all art and restore any areas in the park damaged by the installation to existing conditions.
3. Applicant shall not install any art on the northeast side of the Yahara River between E. Washington Ave and E. Main St. due to the pending redevelopment of the Marling Lumber property.
4. The City of Madison has all rights to remove any art or require the Applicant to remove any art if deemed necessary by the Parks Superintendent.
5. The Applicant shall take out a separate permit for any event to be held at Reynolds Park and will be required to follow all permit requirements.
