Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Bowman Baseball Backstop Replacement, at an estimated cost of $95,000.
In the adopted 2016 Capital Budget the Parks Division has budgeted $610,000 for maintaining and improving existing park buildings and facilities under the Park Facility Improvements program (MUNIS 10617-51-130). This program has a balance of $144,761; the estimated cost is $95,000. Should the resolution be approved the remaining balance would be $49,761. Funding is provided by GO borrowing.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Bowman Baseball Backstop Replacement, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
